Privacy Policy
Last updated July 25, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Arc AI Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit arcaiagency.com or use our services, including our website design, Meta Ads management, and automation offerings.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways: (1) information you give us directly, such as your name, email, phone number, service interest, and project details when you fill out our contact form or book a call; (2) information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, via cookies and similar tracking technologies; and (3) information from third-party tools we use to run this site, described in the Cookies and Third-Party Services sections below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and book strategy calls; deliver, maintain, and improve our websites, ad campaigns, and automation services; understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it; measure the performance of our own marketing and advertising, including our Meta Ads campaigns; and communicate with you about your project or, where permitted, about our services.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) to run this site and understand how it is used. This includes: Essential cookies, which are required for the site to function correctly; Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which helps us understand how visitors find and use our site, using anonymized/aggregated statistics where possible; the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure the performance of our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our services; and our live chat widget (Tidio), which helps us respond to visitor questions in real time and may set its own cookies to remember your conversation. When you first visit our site, you will see a cookie banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies such as GA4 and the Meta Pixel. If you decline, only essential cookies required for the site to work will be used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage/cookies for this site and reloading the page.
Third-party services we use
This site is built and hosted on Framer. We also use: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for website analytics; Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) for ad measurement and retargeting; Cal.com for booking strategy calls, which processes the information you provide to schedule a meeting; Tidio for live chat support; and a contact form service to receive and store the messages you send us. Each of these providers may process data on servers outside your country and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We only share the minimum information needed for these services to function, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form submissions and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you and deliver our services, and afterward for a reasonable period for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel is retained according to each provider’s own retention settings, which we configure to align with standard privacy practices.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for cookies at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at arcagency.ai@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage the ads you see from Meta through your Meta account’s Ad Preferences settings.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the Last updated date at the top of this page whenever we make changes, and significant changes will be noted here.
